Once you're ready to move forward, we help you select design plans that fit your needs and style. As a cost-plus fixed-fee general contractor, we give you full transparency: you pay the actual cost of the build, plus a fixed builder fee that’s locked in from the start. No hidden markups, no shifting prices—just honest, straightforward pricing.

2. Choose Your Plans & Lock in Your Budget

3. Construction with Clear Communication

After plans are finalized and permits are approved, we get to work. You’ll stay in the loop every step of the way with regular updates, walkthroughs, and a personalized project dashboard where you can track progress and costs in real time. Our goal? To make the process feel simple, not stressful.

4. Final Walkthrough & Move-In Ready
